Payment Procedures 

All payments should be made in Euro. Payment can be made either via credit card (only VISA or MASTERCARD) or bank transfer. Please clearly indicate your name, address and “SOSORT” on money transfers. We regret that no personal cheques, company cheques or Euro cheques can be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

In case you have been registered to the congress and you can not attend, a notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congress Secretariat CTM International.

For refund purposes the following deadlines should be observed :

Before January 15, 2008	50€ Administration fees
Before March 7, 2008	50% Cancellation Fees
After March 8, 2008	No Refund
