The Scientific Committee invites authors to submit abtracts only through the website for consideration and inclusion in the program. Please find below intructions for preparation of abstracts. 


Submission Instructions only through the Website

• Abstracts should be submitted no later than December 15, 2007. JANUARY 7, 2008
• Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hard copy or email.
• Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to the stated email.  If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 working hours, your submission was not complete and needs to be resubmitted.
• Notification of acceptance of the abstracts will be emailed on January 15, 2008. FEBRUARY 11, 2008
• The corresponding author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.
• Abstracts must be written in English.
• Abstracts should not exceed 250 words (including spaces and excluding the title and author information).
• Make the abstract as informative as possible, including a brief background, the purpose of the study, the methods used, the results obtained, and the conclusions based upon the results.
• Abstracts will be produced as submitted. It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract. The Organisers will not correct any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact. 
• The presenter of an accepted abstract will be expected to register for the Congress at the appropriate rate. If the presenter fails to register by February 29, 2008 the abstract will not be included in the scientific program.
